Returns will be refunded in the same form as the original payment method. For orders purchased with DemiStyle Boutique Gift Cards will be issued as a DemiStyle Boutique Gift Card and delivered to the customer via email.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If for any reason you would like to change your order,  please contact customer service as soon as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed online at demistyleboutique.com. Gift cards are accepted for payment on our checkout page. We do accept gift card payments for phone orders.

Yes. You can place an order online or by calling our customer service during business hours Monday-Friday from 10-5PM. To place a phone order contact customer service at 678-743-1203

Returns

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from the shipped date. We do not accept returns or exchanges for clearance and final sale orders. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Shipping

All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. We ship via USPS for domestic and international orders.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Yes. We only ship to Canada at this time.
